Program Therapist

About the Role

Healing Springs Ranch is seeking Program Therapists for immediate hire. As a nationally recognized industry leader in the treatment of addiction and mental health disorders, we specialize in treating trauma, dissociation, and process addictions. Candidates will work with our multidisciplinary team in a residential setting to provide individual, group, and family therapy.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy in a residential treatment setting

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a clinical discipline (Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field)

Behavioral Health Technician (BHT)

Healing Springs Ranch has an exciting opportunity for a Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) to join our passionate and mission-driven team. We often refer to our BHTs as Client Care Advocates because they help provide a safe and supportive environment for our clients and assist in meeting their needs while in treatment. We are looking for individuals who have experience working with clients struggling with addiction and/or emotional issues and a desire to make a life-changing impact in someone's life.

Responsibilities

• Provide a safe and supportive environment for clients throughout their treatment experience
• Follow the program schedule and enforce treatment rules
• Engage, encourage, and de-escalate clients when necessary
• Chart in an electronic medical record, complete necessary reports, and transport clients
• Maintain a responsive and professional demeanor in all work situations
• Work collaboratively as part of a team as well as independently

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 1 year of previous work experience in a Substance Use, Mental Health, or Medical Hospital treatment setting preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Valid driver's license

Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) / Registered Nurse (RN)

We are looking for individuals who have experience working with clients who are struggling with addictions, mental health problems, and unresolved trauma. Shift differential offered for various shifts and competitive pay.

Responsibilities

• Conduct client admissions and initial assessments
• Tend to clients' nursing and program needs throughout treatment
• Monitor client self-administration of medication and address medical concerns
• Arrange and coordinate client medical care
• Ensure adherence to the client program schedule
• Manage and implement infection control policies and procedures
• Maintain accurate, effective, and efficient nursing documentation
• Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary treatment team

Qualifications

Nurse Manager (RN)

Healing Springs Ranch has an exciting opportunity for a compassionate, clinically strong Registered Nurse to lead our nursing and behavioral health technician team in a residential behavioral health and substance use treatment setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise nursing staff and Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs)
• Oversee medication management, nursing operations, BHT operations, and documentation
• Monitor client medical and psychiatric needs
• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary treatment team and operations teams
• Support admissions, treatment planning, crisis response, utilization review, and discharge
• Ensure regulatory, accreditation, and quality standards are met
• Provide staff coaching, ongoing education and team meetings, and clinical support

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted Texas RN license
• Three or more years of nursing experience
• Leadership or charge nurse experience required
• Current BLS certification
• Behavioral health, psychiatric, substance use, or residential treatment experience preferred
• Utilization review experience preferred
• Must pass a drug test and background check

Food Service Director — Culinary Services Group

Employer: Culinary Services Group (CSG) — our on-site culinary partner. This is not a Healing Springs Ranch position. The person hired is employed by Culinary Services Group and works on-site at our Tioga, Texas campus.
Employment Type: Full-Time
Location: Tioga, Texas (on-site at Healing Springs Ranch)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, with alternating weekends and holidays
Pay Range: $65,000 – $70,000
Requirement: Culinary management experience

About the Role

Culinary Services Group is hiring immediately for a Food Service Director to lead dining services at Healing Springs Ranch. CSG is a top-50, fast-growing food service management company serving senior care, hospital, and behavioral health communities, rooted in the belief that empowering their teams leads to exceptional service and better outcomes for the people they serve.

In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of foodservice management, including production, budgeting, procurement, team leadership, and client engagement. You will manage and lead a team of employees and be responsible for client relationships, the profitability of the account, and talent development. You will play a vital part in developing and implementing food and nutrition programs that exceed expectations, fostering team growth, and continuously enhancing service quality and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all P&L and budgeting as it pertains to the account
• Maintain excellent relationships with the client
• Work with the Chef and management team to create nutritious, top-quality food for the clients we serve
• Implement new culinary programs in conjunction with the CSG marketing and culinary teams
• Act as a liaison between Culinary Services Group, the client, and the community
• Lead, develop, and retain a high-performing dining services team

Preferred Qualifications

• Three to five years of foodservice management experience required
• BS in Hospitality preferred
• Dining services experience preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Financial and business acumen
• A proven track record managing high-performing teams, maintaining operational excellence, and delivering exceptional customer service
